Jingsen Yang is a PhD candidate in the Wen Group at the John Curtin School of Medical Research, Australian National University (ANU). His research focuses on developing machine-learning methods for modelling single-cell data.

Jingsen possesses a diverse academic background, holding both a Master’s degree in Natural Language Processing from Beihang University and a Diplôme d’Ingénieur in Applied Mathematics from École Centrale de Nantes. Before joining ANU, he worked as an Algorithm Engineer at Meituan.
