Dr Jin Yan Yap is the MACSYS ANU Node Administrator. She holds a PhD in Immunology and a Master by Research in Biotechnology from The Australian National University (ANU).

Her career spans clinical immunology research in rare genetic diseases as a postdoctoral fellow at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research (Sydney), industry experience at CSL (Melbourne), research commercialisation at ANU, and university research management, where she has led grant, project, and financial management initiatives – bringing a blend of operational and scientific expertise.
