The MACSYS Monash Node hosted a two-day workshop in June 2025. The primary aim of this event was to bring together research groups working on bacterial cell surfaces, spatio-temporal biology, the bacterial outer membrane, and central carbon metabolism. However, discussions were wide-ranging. The goal was to clarify and progress the MACSYS research agenda, strengthen our collaborative networks, and exchange insights gained since our last gathering.
