The Centre Launch will celebrate MACSYS’s mission and will mark our formal commitment to our collaborative research goals.

- 2:00pm – Centre Launch: The Science Gallery, Melbourne Connect
- Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony in the courtyard
- Formal speeches and MACSYS video in downstairs theatre
- Prof Trevor Lithgow – MACSYS Director
- Prof Anika Gauja – Executive Director, Social, Behavioural and Economic Sciences at the Australian Research Council
- Prof Mark Cassidy – Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), The University of Melbourne
- Hosted by: Tanya Ha – award-winning Australian science communicator, environmental campaigner, best-selling author, journalist and broadcaster, diversity advocate, and sustainability and behaviour change expert.
